Baseball5 Game Officials gather in Lithuania for the 2023 WBSC Europe Certification Clinic

The Baseball5 Game Officials Clinic is set to take place in Druskininkai, Lithuania, on Monday, November 6th, 2023. This clinic, organised by the WBSC Europe Baseball5 Technical and Competition Committee, aims to certify officials and provide essential training to those already certified.

The clinic is mandatory for Baseball5 Game Officials assigned to the Baseball5 European Championship 2023 who are not certified by WBSC Europe. Additionally, certified game officials are encouraged to attend as part of their ongoing education and to familiarize themselves with the new rules introduced in 2023.

Game Officials in Chief Tony JONES (Finland) and WBSC Europe Baseball5 Technical & Competitions Director Ludovic MEILLIER (France) will lead the clinic.

The Baseball5 Game Officials Clinic will address various key objectives:

1. Harmonization of Rule Interpretation.
2. Optimization of Scoring System Techniques.
3. Discussion of Regulations.
4. WBSC Europe Certification.
