On the fourth day of the Women's Softball European Cup Winners Cup A, hosted at the Caronno Pertusella softball field in Italy, a total of four games took place. Sparks Haarlem (NED) and Caronno (ITA) secured their spots in the final game.

In the initial match, Sparks Haarlem (NED) won against Tempo Praha (CZE) with a score of 9-1. This victory solidified their standing in the Women's Softball European Cup Winners Cup A 2023.

Continuing the day's events, the clash between Wesseling Vermins (GER) and Les Grizzlys de Grenoble (FRA) unfolded, resulting in a commanding win for Wesseling Vermins at 10-3 by the 6th inning.

In the following game, Sant Boi (ESP) triumphed over Hoboken Pioneers (BEL) with a convincing score of 7-1.

However, the highlight of the day came during the night game, where the highly anticipated clash between Sparks Haarlem (NED) and Caronno (ITA) took place.

In a surprising turn of events, Sparks Haarlem experienced a setback, facing a 7-0 mercy-rule defeat against the home team Caronno (ITA). Elisa CECCHETTI with a solo-homerun on the second inning gave Caronno the lead. CECCHETTI Lara then scored on a sacrifice fly by GASPAROTTO and EGUCHI Mikiko scored the third run for Caronno. Three more runs on the fourth inning took the result to 6-0. ALICART took CALDON home with a walk-off single to secure the game 7-0 on the sixth inning.

This victory propelled Caronno into the lead of the standings, solidifying their position. Caronno is closely pursued by Sparks Haarlem (NED) with a record of 4-1. Wesseling Vermins (GER) sits at the third spot with a record of 2-2, while Sant Boi (ESP) and Tempo Praha (CZE) are fourth with records of 2-3. Sharing the sixth position are Les Grizzlys de Grenoble (FRA) and Hoboken Pioneers (BEL), both with one win and four losses.
