Men's Softball European Championship 2023: day two recap

Taking place over two fields in Hørsholm, Denmark, eight games were played during the second day of the Men's Softball European Championship 2023.

On Field 1, Israel displayed a dominant performance, defeating Germany with a score of 9-3 (Box Score), while the Netherlands secured a resounding victory against Spain with a score of 11-0 (Box Score).

Over on Field 2, Great Britain showcased their strength, prevailing over Sweden with a score of 8-1 (Box Score), and Belgium outplayed Slovakia, finishing the game with a score of 5-0 (Box Score).

The second round robin commenced with four compelling games to determine the top 6 teams. Field 1 witnessed a commanding victory by Czechia over Croatia, concluding with a score of 15-0 (Box Score), and Denmark displayed remarkable form by defeating Great Britain with a score of 13-1 (Box Score).

On Field 2, Belgium narrowly secured a victory over France with a score of 6-5 (Box Score), while the Netherlands demonstrated their prowess, defeating Israel with a score of 2-0 (Box Score).

Not only the title of European Champion is at stake but also three spots at the WBSC Men's Softball World Cup.
