The Coaching Clinic was held from January 26th to February 1st, 2024, in Antalya, Türkiye, gathered seven coaches for specialized training, accompanied by a development seminar for the more coaches. The Seminar brought together three instructors, 25 coaches, and three federation staff members.
The two event marked a milestone in baseball coaching development in Türkiye, with participating coaches now equipped with more skills and knowledge.
The impact of the Coaching Clinic and the Development Seminar was significant for the Turkish baseball community. The success of the event can be attributed to clear objectives, a process for participant selection, programming, experienced instructors, efficient logistics management, and engaging activities.
