The U-23 Czech National Team Triumphs at 39th Zeister Slot Tournament

The 39th Zeister Slot Tournament took place from May 18 to 20, 2024, in Zeist, The Netherlands.

The Zeister Slot Tournament is a three-day international men's fastpitch softball tournament organized by the Firebirds Baseball & Softball Club under the auspices of the Dutch Baseball and Softball Federation. The event was sanctioned by WBSC Europe.

The event featured teams from various countries, showcasing a high level of competitive play.

Participating teams included the national teams of The Netherlands, Belgium, and Czechia U23, as well as club teams Caribenos (Spain), Burros (Mexico), Stags (Great Britain), and Vikings (Denmark).

The final standings were as follows:
1. U-23 Czechia 
2. Vikings (DEN)
3. Burros (MEX)
4. Belgium 
5. Caribenos (ESP)
6 Netherlands
7. Stags (GBR)

The Czech U23 national team emerged victorious, reaffirming their position as the top European nation in men's fastpitch softball.
