WBSC Europe opens the possibility for its National Federations members to join the TV Distribution Agreement with Maybacks Global Entertainment

WBSC Europe, the governing body for baseball and softball in Europe, announced the opportunity for its National Federations members to join the TV distribution agreement with Maybacks Global Entertainment based in the USA.

This agreement will enable the distribution of national games to Maybacks Global Entertainment's network, which has the potential to reach over 340 million people.

The agreement is non-exclusive, which means that the National Federations will retain the right to distribute their games through other channels as well.

The minimum setup required for the stream of the games includes a 3-camera setup, on-screen graphics, and English commentary.

This agreement presents a great opportunity for National Federations to generate revenue through advertising and sponsorships. The wide audience reach overseas, coupled with the potential sponsorships agreements, can significantly increase the revenue generation opportunities.

Jukka Ropponnen, WBSC Europe Head of Marketing Department, commented: "WBSC Europe Marketing recommends very strongly that all National Federations that decide to join the program will use this opportunity to sell more advertising, sponsorships, etc. for revenue generation due to the wide and great visibility of their games."

Maybacks Global Entertainment's distribution network includes a range of channels, including digital, satellite, and cable.

Joining the TV distribution agreement with Maybacks Global Entertainment can also provide National Federations with greater exposure to international audiences, showcasing European baseball and softball talent on a global scale.

National Federations can take advantage of this opportunity to maximize their revenue generation potential and raise the profile of the sport.
