Men's Softball French National League

The Montpellier Barracudas won the 2022 men's softball French national title.

In the championship series against a surprising team from Clapiers-Jacou, the Barracudas were down 0-2 after the first two games (7-9, 10-11) but swept the last three games of the series at home to claim the 2022 title (13-6, 20-5, 11-0).

It's the 5th title overall, and Montpellier has now won five of the last 6 French Softball Series.

Rémi Pujal was named MVP; he hit 5 for 14 with 2R, 6 RBI, a 2B, and an HR.

In the summer, the Montpellier Barracudas won the silver medal at the Men's Softball European Super Cup in Prague, Czechia.

Evry-Courcouronnes won its very first title, ending a 13-year-long reign of Saint-Raphaël.

Les Pharaonnes won the French Softball Series 2-0 against Les Comanches with two games played by one run, 8-7 and 7-6.
Saint-Raphaël had a 13-years winning streak atop the French women's softball rankings.

Evry had won the regular season and was coming off a historical feat, having organized its first-ever WBSC Europe event in August, winning the Women's Softball European Cup Winners Cup B at home.

Emma Liminier was nominated MVP: she hit 2 for 3 and won both French Series games in the circle.
