Hello European Softball Coaches,
Please allow me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Craig Montvidas. For the past three years I have been involved with the European Softball Federation serving as coordinator for the European Softball Coaches Association training camps for both coaches and players. The European Softball Coaches Association and the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (U.S.A.) have reached a partnership agreement in an effort to both share and increase the knowledge of coaches throughout Europe starting immediately. This is an incredible opportunity for all European Softball coaches to obtain access to exceptional coaching information shared by experienced coaches from the United States and around the world. Since 1994, I myself, have been a member of the N.F.C.A.. The knowledge I have gained through their organization has played a significant role in my personal coaching development.
