The Blind Baseball European Championship is organized in collaboration with the Blind Baseball Italian Association (AIBxC) and the Italian Baseball and Softball Federation (FIBS).
This event marks a significant milestone in the development and promotion of blind baseball within Europe.
The Blind Baseball European Championship is an addition to WBSC Europe's portfolio of events. Following the success of the inaugural WBSC Blind Baseball International Cup in Beek, Netherlands, in 2022, where five out of six participating teams were European, Europe has emerged as a leader in blind baseball on the global stage.
Bologna has been selected as the host city for this landmark event.
To ensure the highest level of competition, teams and umpires participating in the Blind Baseball European Championship will have the opportunity to attend informative and instructive clinics prior to the commencement of the tournament.
