Women's Softball European Cup: day one recap

The Women's Softball European Cup 2023 inaugural day kicked off with fervor as The Mix (GBR) triumphed over Angels Dupnitsa (BUL) with a score of 7-4.

The home team Princ Zagreb (CRO) secured a resounding victory against Warsaw Diamonds (POL), with a commanding score of 4-0.

Angels Dupnitsa (BUL) clinched their first victory of the event by defeating the Warsaw Diamonds (POL) with a score of 8-4.

The opening ceremony took place, graced by the presence of WBSC Europe President Kruno Karin and WBSC Europe Softball Commission Member Petra Čizmić Pokrajac.

In the final match of the day, Princ Zagreb (CRO) faced a challenging setback as they were defeated by The Mix (GBR) with a score of 9-0.
