H20 from Great Britain triumphs in the Coed Slowpitch European Super Cup 2023

The Coed Slowpitch European Super Cup 2023 concluded on a high note as H20, from Great Britain, emerged victorious in a thrilling final game against Eastpro from the Netherlands.

The Coed Slowpitch European Super Cup 2023 was held from July 8 to August 12, in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In the final match, H20 outplayed Eastpro to clinch the gold medal with a score of 10-8. The match, which was held in Sofia at the Oktomvri ballpark.

The H20 had a big inning in which they scored five runs in the second. Eastpro scored 3 runs in the third to stay in the game, but the British scored 3 more runs in the third and 1 more run in the fourth to take the game to 9-3.

In the fifth inning, the Dutch scored twice to take the score to 9-5; but in the bottom of the fifth inning, the British scored once more to make it 10-5.

At their last chance, at the top of the seventh inning, 3 runs were scored by Eastpro also thanks to an inside-the-park homerun by HASSINK but the rally wasn't enough to win. H20 took the win, 10-8, to take the trophy back to Great Britain.

The bronze medal was claimed by UCE Travellers from Germany, who defeated the Travelling Dodgers (GBR) with a resounding score of 30-15.
