Scheduled to take place from January 31st to February 2nd, the WBSC Europe Baseball Umpiring Certification Clinic 2024 will unfold in the city of Ankara, Türkiye, creating an opportunity for umpires aspiring to officiate the continental competitions.

Fees: €125 for registration; lodging costs yet to be defined; travel expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
Registration for this clinic will be exclusively through National Federations. National umpires chosen by their federations will attend the clinic to obtain the WBSC Europe certification.
The clinic, in fact, is specifically tailored for National Federations seeking to bolster their contingent of certified baseball umpires.
The groundwork for the upcoming certification clinic was laid during the previous session held by the WBSC Europe Baseball Umpiring Committee. Conducted from November 16th to 19th, 2023, in Toulouse, France, the clinic drew participation from a diverse group of 44 candidates. Following a thorough evaluation process, 32 individuals emerged successfully certified, meeting the requirements set by the WBSC Europe Baseball Umpiring Committee.
