The London Mets (GBR) secured a spot for Great Britain at next year's Baseball European Federation Cup by winning the qualifiers in Poland.

Winning all the games they played at the Baseball European Federation Cup Qualifiers, the London Mets earned a spot for Great Britain at the 2024 Baseball European Federation Cup.

In a thrilling championship game at the polish pool of the Baseball European Federation Cup Qualifier, the London Mets (GBR) faced the home team Silesia Rybnik (POL). The British scored twice on the first to get ahead. Silesia Rybnik tied the game at the fifth, only to see the Mets score once more on the seventh to take the lead back.

In the eighth inning, both teams had big innings of four and three runs to take the game back to a tie.

The Silesia Rybnik scored once more in the ninth inning to 7-6 to take the game back in their favor, but the London Mets reacted right away. The Mets reached base with two singles by PARKER and MINFORD, and, with one out, two balls, and two strikes, MURPHY hit one out of the park to secure the win for the British with a walk-off three-run homerun.

The London Mets (GBR) won the gold medal game, followed by home team Silesia Rybnik that claimed the silver medal. Athletic Sofia (BUL) clinched the third-place position, while ATMA 1991 (UKR) and the Georgian Baseball Academy (GEO) took the fourth and fifth spots, respectively.
