The WBSC Europe Baseball Umpiring Committee is planning on hosting two clinics at the same time:
1. WBSC Europe Certification Clinic:
This clinic is tailored to National Federations seeking to expand their international umpire roster. Starting in 2024, it will be a mandatory requirement for newly added umpires to undergo certification.
The sign-up process for the WBSC Europe Certification Clinic will be through Federations.

- Target Audience: Federations aiming to have more Baseball Umpires for the WBSC Europe Competitions.
- Fees: €100 for registration; €150 covering lodging and meals; travel expenses to be covered by the participants.
2. Baseball Umpiring Fundamentals’ Clinic:
The Baseball Fundamentals Clinic is designed for the European umpires already within the system.
Sign-up for the Baseball Fundamentals Clinic will be open to individuals directly interested in participating.

- Location: Toulouse, France
- Dates: November 16th-19th, 2023
- Target Audience: Baseball Umpires looking to refine their skills.
- Fees: €100 for registration; €150 lodging and meals; travel expenses up to the participants.
Both clinics offer an opportunity for participants to fine-tune their umpiring skills, learn from experienced mentors, and network with fellow baseball umpires.
Initially, there are approximately 30 spots available for each clinic, with provisions to accommodate more participants if necessary.
Registration for these clinics will open in mid-September, with detailed information set to be released shortly.
