Road to Eurobaseball 2023: Italy, Croatia, and Switzerland to play the Italian Baseball Challenge

Preparing for the Baseball European Championship 2023, Italy, Croatia, and Switzerland are gearing up for the event with a WBSC Europe-sanctioned triangular tournament known as the "Italian Baseball Challenge." The friendlies are scheduled in Prosecco and Ronchi dei Legionari, Italy, on September 16th and 17th.

The Italian Baseball Challenge, sanctioned by WBSC Europe, will take place on September 16th and 17th.

Italy, under the guidance of legendary manager Mike Piazza, will share the field with Croatia and Switzerland. 

These three national teams are using this tournament as a crucial part of their preparation for the Baseball European Championship 2023, starting on September 24.

On July 16th, Stadio Prosecco will witness a friendly game between Switzerland and Italy at 15:00. Moving to Campo Baseball Gaspardis on July 17th, Croatia will lock horns with Switzerland at 13:30, and Italy will face Croatia in another game at 18:00.
