The Neptunes Family Stadium will host the Rotterdam Baseball Weekend, a series of friendly games between Czechia and the European Champions from the Netherlands on September 15, 16 and 17. These matchups are part of the teams' preparation for the Baseball European Championship 2023.
Schedule of the event:
• Opening Night (September 15): The event kicks off with a bang on September 15th at 20:00.
• Super Saturday (September 16): Saturday, September 16th, promises an action-packed day with one game scheduled at 16:00 and the Lucky Day Homerun Derby, scheduled for 20:00
• Family Day (September 17): On Sunday, September 17th, the Neptunes Family Stadium will come alive once again as families gather to enjoy a game starting at 11:00. A clinic and 'Meet & Greet' for children is set to take place on Sunday afternoon.
The Rotterdam Baseball Weekend is a collaborative effort between Sportclub Neptunus, the Royal Netherlands Baseball and Softball Federation (KNBSB), and Rotterdam Topsport. The event is sanctioned by the World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe (WBSC Europe).
