The Federation Cup Qualifiers 2023 start on Monday in Rybnik, Poland, with ATMA 1991 (UKR), Athletic Sofia (BUL), Georgian Baseball Academy (GEO), London Mets (GBR) and host Silesia Rybnik (POL).
From Monday to Friday the five teams play a round robin during the first round with the top teams coming out on top advancing to the final on Saturday at 2pm.

The Federation Cup Qualifier 2023 in Sundbyberg, Sweden, starts on Tuesday and features to groups of three teams each. In Pool A Beisbolas Klubas Vilnius (LTU), Espoo Expos (FIN) and Mariners Baseball Ireland (IRE) will play during the round robin first round from Tuesday to Thursday, in Pool B London Capitals (GBR), host Sundbyberg BSC (SWE) and Valerenga Baseball (NOR).
The top two teams from each group advance for the semi-finals on Friday, while the teams ranked third in each group play the game for fifth place. The final and the game for third place are scheduled for Saturday at 2pm and 6pm.

The Federation Cup Qualifier 2023 in Budapest, Hungary, starts on Wednesday with seven teams split into Group A with BK Zagreb (CRO), Sofia Blues (BUL), Tampere Tigers (FIN) and Utenos Titanai (LTU), and Group B with Angels Trnava (SVK), host Budapest Red Wolves (HUN) and CS Leaders Calarasi (ROM).
After a round robin during the first round from Wednesday to Friday, the first two teams from each pool advance to the semi-finals on Saturday. On Sunday at 5pm the final is scheduled at the ballpark in Budapest. Meanwhile the other teams contend in the classification round.
