The U-15 Women's Softball European Championship finalists Czech Republic and Italy qualified for the WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup.

The Czech national team walked a perfect path at the U-15 Women's Softball European Championship, dominating all eight games played in the first round-robin.

With only one game lost, Italy followed the Czechs in the standing managing to reach the second position and therefore the championship game of the U-15 Women's Softball European Championship.

Together with the certainty of one of the medals, Czech Republic and Italy qualified for the WBSC World Cup, to be played in Tokyo, Japan, in 2023. The WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup is a one-stage format tournament for 12 teams, including the two European spots.
