The local organising committee of the Women's Softball Cup Winners Cup B 2023, in collaboration with WBSC Europe, made the event's infopack available for the teams and fans.

Moergestel, Netherlands, will host the Women’s European Cup Winners Cup “B” 2023. Seven teams will participate in the event, including Roef! (NED) as a wildcard, played from August 21 to 26, 2023.

Twenty-eight teams will take part in the women's softball European cups from August 21 to 26, 2023.

Thirty-one European Championships and Cups have been played so far in the 2022 baseball and softball season.

Les Pharaons d'Evry-Courcouronnes (FRA) won the 2022 Women's Softball European Cup Winners Cup B in front of their home crowd on Saturday, August 20, 2022, defeating the Wittenbach Panthers from Switzerland, 2-0. With Les Pharaons winning the Women's Softball European Cup Winners Cup B, France will be promoted to 2023 Women's Softball European Cup Winners Cup A.

All members of the media, both local and international, can now apply for accreditation for all the Softball events using the official WBSC Europe Media Accreditation online platform at my.wbsc.org.

Four Women's Softball European Cups will take place in 2022 from August 15 to 20, 2022: the Women's Softball European Premiere Cup, the Women's Softball European Cup, the Women's Softball Cup Winners Cup A, and the Women's Softball Cup Winners Cup B.

WBSC Europe Softball Technical and Competitions Committee released the WBSC Europe Softball Competitions Regulations and its appendix for the 2022 season. Alongside, the player age table and the deadlines for participants in WBSC Europe Softball Championships and Cups for the upcoming season have been published.

The entries for the 2022 European Championships and Cups are now official.

In 2022, Softball Europe will be organising six European Championships and seven European Cups.
