Thirty-one European Championships and Cups have been played so far in the 2022 baseball and softball season.

The Astros Valencia from Spain have won the 2022 Men's Baseball Federation Cup in Brasschaat, Belgium. On Saturday the Astros shut out the Brasschaat Braves 10-0 in the final to earn a berth for the Spanish Baseball and Softball Federation in next year’s Confederation Cup.

The Men’s Baseball European Cup competition resume play on Monday with the start of the Federation Cup in Brasschaat, Belgium. The third tier of the European Baseball Cups is going to feature the Astros Valencia (ESP), Brasschaat Braves (BEL), Diving Ducks (AUT), London Mets (GBR) and Sofia Blues (BUL). The winner will earn a berth for their federation in next year’s Confederation Cup.

The schedules for the 2022 Champions Cup, Confederation Cup, Federation Cup, and Federation Cup Qualifier have been announced.

WBSC Europe Baseball Technical and Competitions Committee released the WBSC Europe Baseball Competitions Regulations and its appendix for the 2022 season. Alongside, the approved bat lists have been published.
