Princ Zagreb and Érd Baseball és Softball Club leading the Central Europe Women's Softball Euroleague 2023

The Central Europe Women's Softball Euroleague 2023 has kicked off on March 25th and 26th, featuring five of the seven teams in the league. The tournament was held in Zagreb, Croatia.

The teams competing in the first tournament of the Central Europe Women's Softball Euroleague 2023 were Apollo Bratislava from Slovakia, Lady Pirates Zagreb, Medvednica, and Princ Zagreb from Croatia, and Érd Baseball és Softball Club from Hungary.

On the first day of the tournament, Princ Zagreb started strong winning their games against Apollo Bratislava (12-0) and Lady Pirates Zagreb (18-3).

Meanwhile, on Field B, Lady Pirates Zagreb battled it out with Érd Baseball és Softball Club, with Érd Baseball és Softball Club winning the game 11-10. Érd Baseball és Softball Club also won against Apollo Bratislava (9-2).

The last game of the day saw Apollo Bratislava facing Medvednica, with Apollo Bratislava edging out a close win of 11-10.

With two wins, Princ Zagreb and Érd Baseball és Softball Club are leading the Euroleague.

On April 22 and 23, the competitions will restart in Érd, Hungary, for the second weekend of the Central Europe Women's Softball Euroleague 2023.

The Central Europe Women's Softball Euroleague 2023 is a significant event for the sport in the region and a possibility for teams to play cross-border level.
