Players - there are many new things:
- additional hours for more game competition
- game situational training
- extra video analysis and individual player evaluations upon the camps conclusion
The past few years have seen more European Softball players heading to the United States to play at the College level. For the players interested in such an opportunity, we will be answering their questions and assisting where possible to make such a dream come true.
Coaches - there is a lot of things for you too!
For the coaches we have several new topics planned during the workshop classroom sessions. These include the topic of strategy, using footage from one of the European Championship games as we analyze the decisions made by the respective coaching staffs. We will also be discussing and evaluating the importance of coaching philosophies best suited for each coaches' own personal needs. We are currently looking into the possibility of allowing the coaches to take the Level 1 and Level 2 WBSC certification course at no extra charge.
