During the first day of the U-22 Women's Softball European Championship 2024, Czechia defeated Ukraine 9-1 and Israel triumphed over Denmark with a 27-5 victory. Belgium won against Finland 9-1, and France bested Germany 6-1. Austria overcame Croatia with a 10-1 scoreline, and Poland dominated Denmark with a 15-0 victory.
The most exciting game of the day was between Italy and Great Britain, which ended in a dramatic finish. Italy secured a 7-6 victory with a walk-off single by Delia Manera.
Following the weather disruptions, tomorrow's schedule has been updated to include some of the games initially planned for today. A total of 12 games will now be played across the three fields of the Kutno Little League complex.
