At the end of November 2021, the Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation (SBSF) hosted its Awards Night in Zurich, Switzerland. The SBSF celebrated its 40th anniversary at the event.

During the Awards Night, the SBSF nominated the best athletes, coach, and official for the 2021 season.

For the first softball division of the SBSF - the NLA - the Best Batter was Mariah Jameyson, player for the Zürich Barracudas. Jameyson hit .652, with 23 RBIs and 2 homeruns.

The Best Pitcher award was won by Kimberly Zehnder, playing for the Wittenbach Panthers. Zehnder had a 2.91 ERA, with 4 wins and 14 strikeouts. Zehnder also won the MVP title to crown a great season.

The Playoff MVP was Karen Heimgartner from the Zürich Challengers.

Austin Forney (Wil Pirates) was nominated Best Batter for the Baseball NLA, with an AVG of .500. The Best Pitcher for 2021 was Chris Horne, wearing the Therwil Flyers jersey. Horne managed to keep his ERA to 0.00, striking out 29 batters in 17 innings.

The MVP of the Baseball NLA was Ryan Byrne, Hünenberg Unicorns, while the Playoff MVP played for the Therwil Flyers: Hide Oshima,

The Best Batter of the Baseball NLB was Livio Bundi, playing for the Zürich Barracudas. Bundi's teammates Kevin Vonderschmitt won the Best Pitcher award and Livio Bundi the MVP award.

As for the Baseball 1.Liga, Simon Brändli of the Zürich Barracudas Academy won the Best Batter award. The Hünenberg Unicorns could count on the Best Pitch of the Swiss Liga: Aiden Mitchell. Fabio Bundi won the MVP title thanks to the season with the Zürich Barracudas Academy.

Roger Savoldelli was nominated Coach of the Year after the results obtained with Rümlang Kobras, Zürich Barracudas, and the Swiss Baseball National Team.

The 2021 Swiss Official of the Year was Manuel Hirtz, SBSF TC Director Nationalliga and Zürich Barracudas President.
