Men's Baseball French National League
The Huskies Rouen triumphed in the 2022 French Baseball Series.
The Huskies defeated Savigny-sur-Orge in the best-of-five series 8-5, 6-3, 4-5, and 6-3, earning their 17th national title in baseball. The club is closing on the all-time record set by PUC Paris with 22.
It was the first French Series for Savigny since 2010 and the second final between both clubs this year, Rouen having also bested the Lions in the final of the Challenge de France de Baseball.
Bastien Dagneau is MVP. He hit 2 on 5 with 3 RBI in the winning game of the series.

Back in June, Rouen hosted the Baseball European Confederation Cup, defeating the Hoboken Pioneers 6-5 in the final game and winning gold.
Women's Baseball French National League
Normandie won the historic first French Women's Baseball Open.
2022 saw the first edition of the French Women's Baseball Open, a first-of-its-kind event for senior women's baseball in France. 5 teams, including one from the United Kingdom, participated in the event organized in Valenciennes.
The Normandie Region team went undefeated during the Open, winning the final against Hauts-de-France Region.
Ambre Brouard is MVP. She hit 3 for 4 with a double, 3 RBI, and 4 runs scored in the championship game.
