Florian Lautenschläger (GER) and Wout Isbouts (NED) have joined the WBSC Europe Softball Commission, completing its roster of six members in accordance with the WBSC Europe statutes.
Florian Lautenschläger is the WBSC Europe Director of Softball Umpires since 2023. Wout Isbouts is a WBSC Europe Softball Technical Commissioner and has the responsibility of revising all technical documentation and scheduling of softball events.
Lautenschläger and Isbouts are taking the spots previously held by Kostis Liarommatis, who was elected as Member at Large for the Executive Board, and Cornelia Chwojka, who resigned from the commission.
The addition of Florian Lautenschläger and Wout Isbouts completes the WBSC Europe Softball Commission led by leadership of Gabriel Waage (CZE), Softball Vice President.
The members of the WBSC Europe Softball Commission are Daniela Castellani (ITA), Petra Čizmić Pokrajac (CRO), Mike Jennings (GBR), Sophie Khidasheli (GEO), Florian Lautenschläger (GER), and Wout Isbouts (NED).
