The 38th edition of the Zeisterslot Toernooi will feature some of the best softball teams in Europe, including the national teams of Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, and defending European Champions from Czechia. Two club teams - Amager Vikings Softball Club (DEN) and Caribos de la Laguna (ESP) - will also play.

Twenty-seven games will be played at the Firebirds Baseball and Softball Park in Zeist, Netherlands. The single round-robin will be followed by playoffs to determine the tournament winners.

Organized by the Firebirds club under the auspices of the Dutch Baseball and Softball Federation (Koninklijke Nederlandse Baseball en Softball Bond), the event is sanctioned by WBSC Europe.

In addition to the competitive aspect of the tournament, the Zeisterslot Toernooi will also provide an opportunity for the participating teams to get ready for the Men's Softball European Championship, scheduled on July 24 - 29 in Hørsholm, Denmark.
