The eight teams are split into two groups of four each. Group A consists of defending champion ASD Parma (ITA), Draci Brno (CZE), VOITH Heidenheim Heidekoepfe (GER) and L&D Amsterdam (NED), Group B of host Bonn Capitals (GER), Curacao Neptunus Rotterdam (NED), ASD San Marino (SMA) and Arrows Ostrava (CZE).
